  1.      Those people who were using HTML SuperText version 2.0b2 do not NEED to replace any of their HTML Extensions except for the file 'balloon help', though you may want to add the the file called 'Blink' from the format tags folder to your own format tags folder.
  2.      Those people using versions of HTML SuperText older than 2.0b2, I stongly suggest relacing all extensions except for the folder 'special characters' (no changes were make to these).
